Form sent to County Outdoor Qualifications Administrator
County Outdoor Qualification Administrator registers application and invites candidate to a mentoring workshop or meeting with relevant County Advisor as appropriate.
Guider attends workshop. Together with her mentor, an action plan is put in place for a timescale, and dates for assessment as relevant. Guider is encouraged to notify her Division of her progress.
Action plan is carried out. Division advisor to sign A/A forms. Further workshops attended as appropriate.
File completed and passed to County Advisor for final verification and signing of award.
File returned to candidate, badge and certificate awarded via candidate's Commissioner.
