Bookings
We can configure the lodge to your specifications, whether you want a U-shaped conference layout, presentation/lecture layout with chairs or something else it can be setup prior to your arrival.
Whilst you are in the lodge, you have free use of WiFi and we have data projectors available should you require them either in the meeting room or main hall.
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits are available at an extra charge and will be prepared ready for your arrival.

For new bookings please complete the booking form, which is available in the Deorfrith Booking Form.
Notes
- The lodge is available on weekdays between 8am and 5pm (4:30pm on Tuesdays), any other times by arrangement only.
- We require a deposit of 10% of the hire fee or £ 20.00 whichever is greater with your reservation.
- Any damages or breakages must be reported as soon as possible.
- Payment must be made in full in advance of your event. Cheques made payable to 1st
New Forest North (Lyndhurst) Scout Group, or should you wish to pay by BACS please enquire at time of booking.
- A cleaning charge of £20 will be levied if the lodge requires significant cleaning after the booking period.
We also have an arrangement with a local supplier for buffet lunches, these can be ordered through us and will be delivered at a time to suit you and cleared up afterwards. For further details, see below.
